We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on hologramla.com for return or exchange.
For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN:
- Email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will receive a RA# from our Customer Service Representative with all the instructions.
- Please keep returned merchandising in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
- Drop the package off at your nearest USPS drop-off location.*
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
*Hologram LA is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STORE CREDIT AND REFUND?
A store credit is applied to your account with us at hologramla.com. It never expires and is automatically deducted from your next order. A refund is a credit back to your payment card or to your PayPal account. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed completely.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If your order status is "SHIPPED", you will see the tracking number.
We ship worldwide via USPS. Most shipments arrive within 2-4 weeks from dispatch, depending on location. The flat-rate for international shipping is $45.00. All international orders are final sale. We are note responsible for the entry country’s duties/taxes. The duties/ taxes due varies by country and is the full responsibility of the customer.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS:
We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. Please emails us at email@example.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Hologram Gift Cards for safe and fast processing of your order.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days.
